Complete Wheel Kits
3 products
Every wheel, bearing, seal and cap for one track unit in a single kit. Worth taking over individual components when several wheels on the same unit are worn, when a bearing has failed and taken the seal with it, or when you are rebuilding an older system and would rather not chase parts twice. Available for Camso ATV, UTV and X4S systems.
Wheel Kit
6 products
Individual bogey and idler wheels, sold as a wheel with its bearings and hardware. Camso runs several wheel diameters and widths across its systems, and they are not interchangeable — a 132 mm mid-roller and a 241 mm idler do different jobs on the same frame. Check the size against the parts diagram for your system and model year before ordering.
4-Bolt Hubs & Sprockets
19 products
Drive sprockets and hubs for Camso systems using the 4-bolt pattern. Sprockets are available in several tooth counts, and the count is not interchangeable: it is matched to your machine's gearing and the system it was supplied with. Worn sprocket teeth show as hooking or thinning on the drive face, usually alongside track ratcheting under load.
5-Bolt Hubs & Sprockets
9 products
Drive sprockets and hubs for Camso systems using the 5-bolt pattern. Whether your system is 4-bolt or 5-bolt depends on the machine and the mount kit it was fitted with, not on the track model alone — so confirm the pattern before ordering rather than assuming from the system name. Several tooth counts and complete hub assemblies are stocked.
Tracks / Tread
6 products
The rubber track itself, sold individually rather than as a set. Camso runs a different track front and rear — different length, and on most systems a different width and lug profile — so replace the damaged one on its own. A cut, a torn lug, exposed internal cord or heavy tread wear are all replacement, not system-replacement, territory.
Tools
3 products
The specialty tools a track rebuild actually needs: wheel pullers for seized bogey wheels, tension testers for setting track tension to specification, and alignment bars. Improvising these is how wheels, shafts and bearing housings get damaged during service, which is why they are stocked alongside the parts rather than treated as an accessory.
Bearings
6 products
Bogey wheel and hub bearings for Camso ATV and UTV systems. Position matters as much as system: 1090-00-0005 is the outer bearing on a UTV 4S1 or T4S and the inner on an ATV or UTV X4S, 1090-00-0006 is the inner on a 4S1 or T4S, 1090-00-0007 is the outer on an X4S, and 1090-00-0001 is the top hub bearing across Camso ATV and UTV systems. Play in a wheel, a rough or noisy rotation, or a wheel that will not spin freely all point here. Replace the seal at the same time.
Caps & Seals
6 products
Wheel caps, face seals and O-rings. These are what keep snow-melt, mud and grit out of a bearing, so a torn or distorted seal is usually the reason a bearing failed rather than an unrelated fault. Cheap enough that replacing them alongside any bearing job is the norm, and skipping them is the most common way a fresh bearing fails early.
Torsion / Anti-Rotation Arms
5 products
Torsion arms, anti-rotation rods, springs and dampers — the linkage that stops the track frame rotating with the axle and sets the system's angle of attack. Symptoms of wear are a frame that pitches too freely fore and aft, knocking over bumps, or an angle of attack that will no longer hold adjustment.
Front & Rear Guides
5 products
Moulded UHMW guides and slides that hold the rubber track on the frame and take the wear where the track passes over it. They are designed to wear in place of the frame, so they are a routine replacement item; a track that derails in turns or deep snow is usually telling you the guides are past their service life.
Track Tensioner Kit
7 products
Tensioner assemblies, bushings and hardware for setting and holding track tension. Tension is the adjustment that quietly determines how long everything else lasts — too loose and the track ratchets and derails, too tight and it loads the bearings and drags on the drivetrain. Kits are stocked for 4S1, T4S and X4S systems.
Hardware
9 products
Bolts, nuts, washers and the mount-specific fasteners that hold a track system to the machine. Camso mounting hardware is application-specific and often a different grade to what looks equivalent at a hardware store, which matters on a component carrying the full weight and torque of the vehicle.
Other Parts
7 products
Components that do not fall under the categories above — frame parts, stabilizers, decals and the occasional system-specific assembly. If what you need is not listed here or anywhere else on the page, call with your serial number; not every part we can source is published online.

Components are not interchangeable between Camso systems — the bogey wheel bearings on an X4S are not the ones on a 4S1. If you know which system you have, start here.
Camso parts questions
How do I find parts for my track system?
Three ways, depending on what you have to hand. If you know the part number, search it directly. If you know the system, open its parts page and browse by component. If you have neither, work from the serial number on the track frame — its first four digits identify the system, and from there the exploded diagram for your model year lists every component by number.
What replacement parts are available for Camso track systems?
Bogey and idler wheels, complete wheel kits, wheel and hub bearings, seals and caps, 4-bolt and 5-bolt hubs and sprockets, front and rear guides, torsion and anti-rotation arms, track tensioners, mounting hardware, replacement rubber tracks, and the specialty tools for fitting them. Parts are sold individually as well as in kits.
Will these parts fit my track system?
They are Camso parts, and they fit Camso and Camoplast systems — but not interchangeably between systems. The bogey wheel bearings on an X4S are not the ones on a 4S1, and components changed across model years within a single system. Confirm against the parts diagram for your system and year, or call us with the serial number before ordering.
Do you carry parts for older Camso and Camoplast systems?
Yes. The Camoplast-era Tatou 4S has more distinct service parts listed here than any current system, and the Tatou Original, R4S, XT4S and DTS 129 are supported too. These are the systems the manufacturer no longer lists parts for.
Do I need to replace the whole assembly?
Usually not. Most Camso assemblies come apart to the individual component, so a failed bearing, a torn seal or a single worn bogey wheel can be replaced on its own. The exploded diagrams exist to show exactly which pieces are separately available.
What should I have ready when I call?
The serial number from the track frame is the fastest route. Failing that, the system model and rough year, or the year, make and model of the machine. An existing Camso part number or a photo of the component also works.
