Polaris Xpedition Track FAQs
Both the XP and ADV accept the same track systems. The ADV's additional storage and comfort features don't interfere with mounting. Pick whichever model suits your adventure style — the tracks will fit either one.
Absolutely — that's what the Xpedition was designed for. The fuel capacity and comfort features make it ideal for extended runs on tracks. Just pack a track tension tool and check tension once a day on longer trips.
You'll notice more vibration and road noise compared to tires, and your top speed drops. But the Xpedition's premium suspension absorbs a lot of that. For the terrain tracks unlock — deep snow, soft ground, backcountry access — the tradeoff is more than worth it.

Maintenance Tip
Long-range Xpedition trips on tracks mean more heat — bring a track tension tool and check tension at rest stops on extended runs.
