Polaris Ranger Track FAQs
The 1000 handles tracks better in every way — more power, stronger drivetrain, and better cooling. The 570 works but you'll feel the limits in deep snow or when hauling heavy loads. If you're buying a Ranger specifically for tracks, go with the 1000.
Yes. The Ranger Crew uses the same mounting points as the standard Ranger. The extra length actually helps with stability on tracks. Just keep in mind the added passenger weight when you're loading up.
Heavy-duty systems like the Camso Endur and Kimpex HD4 are built for commercial use — plowing, hauling, daily abuse. All-around systems like the Camso 4S1 and Kimpex WSS4 handle most property and recreational use at a lower price point. If you're plowing for a living, go heavy-duty.
Polaris won't void your entire warranty just because you installed tracks. However, any drivetrain damage directly caused by tracks won't be covered. In practice, most dealers are reasonable about this — especially if you're running a name-brand system and maintaining it properly.

Maintenance Tip
Rangers with EPS — check your power steering fluid level after installing tracks. The added steering effort increases demand on the system.
