Product Details

Custom-engineered for 1999–2004 Chevy Tracker 4x4 models, this Camso 4S1 track kit turns your Tracker into an all-terrain workhorse. Rather than relying on stock tires, you mount four heavy-duty rubber tracks designed to grip snow, mud, sand, and loose dirt—so you’re confident tackling backcountry trails, winter plowing, or beach runs without second-guessing traction.

Key features and benefits:

  • Tailored Fit for ’99–’04 Chevy Tracker 4x4: All brackets and hub adapters align precisely with your Tracker’s factory suspension and wheel hubs—no cutting, welding, or custom fabrication needed.

  • Camso 4S1 Strength & Reliability: Each track has a reinforced steel core sheathed in thick rubber, resisting punctures and abrasions even when crawling over rocks or logs.

  • Lightweight Unsprung Design: Compared to chain kits or bulky wheel conversions, the 4S1 tracks add minimal unsprung mass—so your Tracker remains agile and responsive.

  • Superior Flotation: Tracks distribute weight over a much larger footprint than tires, letting you float over deep snow, mud pits, or sandy beaches instead of sinking in.

  • Bolt-On Installation & Quick Removal: The kit replaces each wheel assembly with a track unit in just a few simple steps. When the season or trail’s done, put your stock wheels back on in under an hour.

  • Enhanced Braking & Control: Continuous ground contact delivers more predictable handling and shorter stopping distances on slippery slopes or icy roads.

  • Year-Round Flexibility: Swap tracks for tires in minutes. Use the 4S1s for winter hunting, ice-fishing, or snow-plowing, then switch back to tires for daily driving come spring.

What’s in the box:

  • Four Camso 4S1 track assemblies calibrated for Chevy Tracker bolt patterns

  • All required mounting brackets and reinforced hub adapters

  • Installation hardware (bolts, spacers, locknuts)

  • Step-by-step installation guide specific to ’99–’04 Tracker models

With this kit installed, your Chevy Tracker becomes a true multi-terrain machine—ready to power through snow drifts, slog through muddy fields, and maintain traction wherever you point it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Power does it take to use these Tracks?

Click to find out!

Less than with tires! Our track systems have very low power requirements, and with the undercarriage design, you gain torque. How? The undercarriage drive sprocket is smaller than your ATV tire (by about 1/3). This gears down the power to a drive ratio that delivers more power to your tracks.

How Easy is it to Steer my ATV/UTV/SxS with a Track System?

Click to find out!

Steering is about as easy as it is with tires, except when driving very slow or through heavy, wet snow or thick, deep mud.

When I change my ATV/UTV, will I be able to transfer my track system to my new machine?

Click to find out!

Yes. Our track systems are designed to be installed on almost any 4×4 ATV or SxS model. Transfer kits are available from ATV Tracks to upgrade your track system. Contact us to learn more.

Will the Tracks handle mud, snow, sand and rocks?

Click to find out!

Yes, and almost anything else. The tread design and extra surface contact you have with track systems give you outstanding traction on soft terrain like deep snow or mud and a great grip on rocky surfaces. Track systems also distribute weight better, providing maximum flotation to keep the vehicle from sinking in snow, mud, sand, or swamp.

How long does it take to switch between tracks and tires?

Click to find out!

After the dealer initially installs your track system, changing back and forth between tracks and tires requires about the same amount of time as simply changing tires.**Installation time may vary depending on vehicle make and model.

Will a track system make my ATV/UTV more likely to tip?

Click to find out!

No. Although you gain about 4 inches of vehicle clearance with a track system installed, the additional weight near ground level and the longer, wider wheel base actually increase stability.

Do I have to make modifications to my ATV/UTV to install a track system?

Click to find out!

No – in most cases, you will need some hardware and brackets. Consult your installation guide for more information.

How long do the tracks last?

Click to find out!

Tracks will provide many, many miles of enjoyment and service. Track life, just like tire life, depends on a number of factors, including vehicle weight, speed, and the kind of surfaces you travel on.Most of all proper maintenance of your tracks can help your tracks last a long time.

Can the ATV/UTV track treads be studded?

Click to find out!

Something that most track owners don’t know is that Camso track treads can be studded. Look closely at the treads and you will see small circles in the tread. These circles are where ice studs can be screwed directly into the tread. Having hundreds of metal studs in your treads means extra grip on the ice without sacrificing the mobility that treads provide in snow and mud.
